I was so happy staying at the renovated Omni. The beds and pillows were the best I have ever used. Better than high end luxury brands. The atrium is so beautiful especially at night. There is a great bar, and beautiful restaurants. And parking was so easy and included!

This is a fantastic hotel centrally located with walking access to shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel is amazingly friendly and a big shout out to Ronelia at the front desk. Ronelia was so kind to stay on top of everything, providing umbrellas and incredible recommendations for dining. Every staff member gets a round of applause! From the time I pulled into the valet lane outside the hotel checkin to the check out process and review of incidentals I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was the remarkable strength of our experience at the Omni in Charlottesville, Virginia. We were first greeted by a staff member outside of valet parking (Jamell) who immediately provided us with a luggage carrier, waited patiently for us while we checked, helped us to find a room and transported our luggage to our room. The hotel manager that day (female) whose name I regretably forgot, assisted during a reservation/booking issue with the patience of a saint. Provided restaurant tips one night and called me one day when I forgot my car was parked in the loading zone. The rooms were spotless an dthe aesthetic was tasteful and consistent with the decor of the and culture of this almost historic hotel on the downtown mall. I'll be staying here often when I visit Cville. Hats off to you Omni and your well-picked staff members.

Convenient central hotel

This is a convenient hotel for central Charlottesville or if you've been visiting Monticello. Nothing special, but clean, friendly and the restaurant served decent food and beer
