Upon arrival, the check-in process was handled efficiently, and the receptionist was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. Everything about the hotel was lovely. It was just the pool area that was dirty, but it didn’t bother me much. The staff were incredibly helpful! I don’t think the texting feature existed the last time I was here, but it was convenient to ask questions, and the responses were swift.

Room was amazing, 2363, bed was comfortable and felt so good after a lit of walking, Gal that made drinks at the pool .. I forgot her name (maybe Martine) made the most perfect drinks. Everyone was super nice.
