Convenient hotel with tips sneaked on hotel bill

The hotel is ok and decent value. A van picks up passengers every 30 min and shuttles them to the hotel. The food menu / room service looked good. I didn’t appreciate the “tip” of $10 the hotel added to our room invoice without informing us. So double check your invoice while checking in/out.

Best Quito hotel

The pool was incredible with the temperatures of the water. The sauna might work better without polished wood in it. The seats were too hot to sit on comfortably without a towel. The buffet was fantastic with many options. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Love love love the hot shower. I will return.

항상 친절하게 웃으며 응해대주는 직원들 너무 감사하다. 침대는 넓고 푹신하고 방은 항상 깨끗하다. 수영장 수온은 적절하게 따뜻하고 조식은 신성한 음식들로 가득하다. 룸서비스는 여전히 완벽하게 서빙되었고 여기에 머무를 수 있음에 감사하다. 이 전에 방문하였을 때 좋은 기억만 가지고 있어서 다시 방문했는데 이 번 방문으로 이 호텔이 더 좋아졌다. 키토는 환승만 하는 시티였지만 이 호텔로 인해 키토 여행이 무척이나 궁금해 졌다.

Just what I needed

A very late night check in with everything we needed at hand, cold water, snacks and fast service. The sheets were so soft, I didn’t want to get out of bed. Regular shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel (for an overnight stay near the airport) was excellent as always. We arrived in the early morning in order to visit the equator and left our bags at the hotel. Reception told us that the room would be ready between 12-1pm (although check in was at 2pm). When we arrived back at 115pm the room was not ready. We waited as other customers received their rooms early and finally when we were the only ones left they checked us in - right at 2pm.....maybe it was the discounted rate that we paid on Expedia that they didnt like....lol

Rare Dissatisfaction

I have stayed at the Wyndham more than 20 times since it opened. I have always been pleased with my room before this stay and quite satisfied. However, this time my wife and I were not satisfied with the room, 424. It was very small, and hard to move around in. It did not have a refrigerator, just an empty space for one. The desk had no lighting or electrical outlets. Not very useful. We would have requested a change in rooms if it had not been 1AM or we had a longer stay than one night. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff as usual, were totally professional and accommodating. I trust this room was just a very unusual bad experience.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to the Quito airport. It is very convenient with a shuttle to the airport. Our room was very nice - clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
