Wonderful stay overall. The food was great at breakfast, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that one of the elevators are out of service. Not a big deal for our group.

This was an excellent place to stay for a multi-day trip to the Grand Canyon. The location is 10 minutes outside the South Rim entrance with a grocery store (our lunch sandwiches) across the street, gas station, several restaurants, and the visitor's center from which you can catch a shuttle into the park if you don't want to drive. The hotel staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is great. The only downside was the helicopter tours of the canyon fly over the hotel starting about 7:30 AM, but most of our party never noticed and we continued to be the last ones to breakfast after sleeping in.

The air conditioner changed continually over night. We would set it and then wake up hot, with a temp change that we didn't set. Both the tub and sink did not drain. Breakfast was an absolute mad house, but the staff at breakfast were wonderful.

We had the best time staying here for our trip to the Grand Canyon. We had adjoining rooms which the staff helped adjust upon check-in to get us on the first floor, which was important to us with our noisy kids. The rooms were great. The kids loved the pool. The highlight each morning was breakfast. Imelda greeted us each day with a smile. She and the other staff helped us at breakfast and provided top-notch service. Literally the best hotel breakfast experience we have ever had.

Staff made the stay very enjoyable. The Amenities were fantastic. The inside pool was just the right temperature. There was a lady, Imelda, who worked the morning breakfast. She was so helpful and treated my wife and I as royalty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others
