The property was really nice, nicer than the pictures and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is located right across from Santa Fe mall and also is in close proximity to a lot of places we visited. Really enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. The only drawback is that I wish it had more breakfast options but otherwise perfect.

While the hotel itself was fairly average, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Their warmth and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, especially as I struggled with the language barrier. From check-in, Edwin, the night auditor, was an absolute lifesaver. Even though he didn’t work during the day, he would write out instructions for me at night to hand to drivers since my Spanish wasn’t strong and my eSIM wasn’t working. During the day, Nestor and Jean were also amazing—always helpful and attentive. I’m genuinely grateful for the support I received from all three of them. The three of them combined were definitely the heart of my experience as a guest. ❤️
