We enjoyed the cookies upon arrival. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed that there were two rooms in one. My daughter said she slept well on the pull out sofa bed. We would book this hotel again on our next trip to Vancouver.

Room service was disappointing as it was a 'To-Go' service opposed to tray, plate, and cutlery. In room coffee had no decafe options. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience of coming and going from the hotel very enjoyable.

Room was spotless... spacious sized rooms, staff very friendly everywhere. The hotel has a really nice clean smell thought it, pleasant aroma in the front areas, not sure if it's a signature scent but it was very pleasant..Great location to everything we wanted to do, highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was really friendly and because I'm a Bonvoy member I was upgraded to a bigger room with a great view. The location was awesome where we could walk to restaurants. Only negative thing I can say is that we were not advised in advance that you pay for parking and the cost is $52 per night.
