We had a great stay at this place. I stayed with the family and and it was walkable to everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Included valet parking was a great amenity. Breakfast was also good at the restaurant.

The staff were very personable and the Spanish-born concierge made a number of good suggestions. The hotel is more of a boutique decorated in a French Regency style. Even though the hotel is not small, it has an intimate feel. My only beef was that the room was not available until after 4 pm, and many of us were waiting. All of those rooms were not cleaned at the last minute and we were bone-dead tired so I was irritated that it was SO LONG before our room was assigned. They could have done better here. Not sure who decided (housekeeping supervisor?) that but it did limit how much tip I left in our room. The receptionist did get us in first as Angela? knew we had been quietly waiting for many, many hours. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend.

My daughter was applying for a student visa. This location was across the street from application office. I also enjoyed the access to the YWCA lane swim and gym. The room was large and quiet.

Excellent choice

Great stay! Our corner room was essentially a suite, with a separate living room and bedroom area---certainly plenty of space. We all slept well, which to me is the most important part of any hotel stay. The hotel looks beautiful as reflected in the photos. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront area and convenient to transit back to the airport. We chose the option of getting prepaid breakfasts, which was a great decision. There's no way we could have had a similarly classy and delicious breakfast somewhere else without paying quite a lot more.
