We checked in at 8pm and they did not inform us the hotel would be turning off plumbing at 10pm so we were super tired and immediately laid down and took a nap and by the time I saw the letter on our desk about no plumbing/water it was 9:45pm we had just received food we had ordered. So we could not shower, use the toilet or brush our teeth. The front desk did not inform when we checked in nor when we booked it online. The only way they communicated that was through a simple piece of paper on the desk of our room which no one immediately looks at when you walk in. Especially that late in the night when we checked in.

Nice hotel
