The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that they communicated between one another and there were no issues for us. The room was nice and clean and the beds comfy. Breakfast ample and tasty. The hotel was well located fro everything we had planned for the weekend since it reasonably close to the Trans Canada Hwy, and a really short distance from the PNE concert venue.

Doing in the pre online check in is great. Everything that the hotel needs to know is done and all I had to do was show ID and then I got my card to the room, easy check in.

Quiet little gem super close to the PNE action!

This is a very pretty and well-appointed hotel super close to the PNE! Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, and well-organized. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating, and well-informed about local amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

Average older hotel

Definitely an older hotel. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were lumpy. The rooms were clean and well stocked. I was impressed with the shampoo/conditioner. It felt cheap but my hair has been so soft since using it. The breakfast offered was pretty basic and we ended up skipping it. Staff was friendly. The location was good for exploring. Lots of food close by and tons to do within a very short driving distance.

Good hotel with super comfy bed

We stayed 5 nights at the Atrium and really enjoyed our stay. Positives: Very, very cozy bed Large room Kind and helpful staff Located next to a park and in front of the bus stop Could be better: - We could hear the people in the room next to us really really well, especially through the joining room door. We were lucky we didn’t have noisy neighbours or partiers, but still had to use earplugs. - The breakfast buffet has almost zero gluten wise or non dairy options. We could only eat the fruits and drink the coffee. We had to bring our own plant-based milk. - The “gym” consists of 4 machines. No weights, no mats. And it’s in a tiny room with the laundry machines and vending machines.
