Awesome little hotel. Nicely updated. Funky retro vibe. Nothing fancy just the basics which is what we were after. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and nicely updated but really small. We couldn't get the heater in the bathroom to turn off so it was really warm in the room. Other than that is was great! The staff was awesome and the outdoor courtyard area was super cute with a fire pit table and some ping pong!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were kept clean and well maintained. Only down side is that it could get loud at times due to being beside the hospital. Overall a pleasant stay!

Second stay at the Burrard. Staff and cleanliness are excellent but we were in a room with paper thin walls unfortunately meaning you can hear children screaming and other using the shower. The rooms are not very well lit and being on a darker side and smaller room made for a very dimly lit stay. Also the location to a youth services and hospital were more obvious this time with addicts lurking about like zombies. Despite this would stay again as is reasonably priced clean and friendly

Quite the surprise

Wasn’t sure from the outside. However the room was amazing. So clean and beautiful. It was cold outside and as soon as I put one foot in the door, I knew the temperature was turned up to feel warm and cozy. There’s definitely a retro feel to the place that adds some charm. They also had a happy hour with non alcoholic beverages and chips. Supee cool. Overall it was a restful stay.
