I thought it would be a noisy stay given the location on such a busy intersection, but it was quiet when the windows were closed. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was to die for! The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming.

The staff was amazing, very kind and welcoming. The property has had extensive renovations and the room was very clean and inviting. The decks and large sliding doors are very nice for enjoying views and getting fresh air. Would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located to downtown, Burnaby and freeway. I was worried about noise from the freeway as my room overlooked on ramp but I didn't hear a thing. Maybe will stay on 2nd floor next time as neighbors above me were heavy walkers

Perfect example for service above self !

The front desk Amabasdor, Rashida was incredible. She went out of the way to help us as the booking was made of a wrong day and got it changed with hotels.com and I had my dad with me who is a senior citizens where Rashida went over and above to make him comfortable while we were waiting on the booking sorted. She offered water and snack to my dad. To me it’s AAA services

Everything about this hotel was good for the most part. Quiet and decent location, with a Wendy's next door. Also very affordable, with all the expected amenities EXCEPT a safe in the hotel room. I asked the person working the reception desk if they had lockers to lock up my belongings and they looked at me funny before recommending that I leave my valuables in my room and that "nobody else has the key", even though I explicitly could see cleaning ladies opening the rooms up and going inside to clean them. I subsequently had to carry my valuables around in my backpack every time I left my hotel room to ensure they were not stolen. Sorry, but I don't trust your staff! Too many cases of hotel staff stealing and hotel guests not being compensated. If you want five stars next time, put safes in the room and bolt them to the floor/wall like every other hotel.

Came here for a staycation - great stay. Rooms are new, very clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the double queen room. Happy it has bathtubs as most places have changed to shower only. Courtyard is very cute but didn’t use it. Can hear some traffic as it is on a busy corner leading to a highway but great stay!
