We had a great short stay at the Westin. Wonderful location and walkable to many restaurants and activities. It was nice to watch the planes landing on the water and we also enjoyed using the free bicycle rental to bike Stanley park!

I couldn’t check in because I don’t have a credit card, I reserved with a Visa debit card, I offered a cash deposit, Apple Pay, PayPal, cheque, e-transfer, debit card but not their policy. I shouldn’t have to be forced into a contract with a credit card company in order to book a hotel for a night.

Nice hotel but absolutely inexcusably slow free WiFi. I understand the allure of additional revenue from a paid tier but this is 2025, you cant offer dial up speeds at a luxury hotel.

We’ve had many nice stays at the property in the past but this time the pillows were very hard, rooms are not sound proofed at all. The design of the bathroom doors is ridiculous as they have 1” gaps around them. Very noisy from the hallways as well. Will definitely have to reconsider stays in the future. The location and views are great but the room comfort was disappointing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and Stanley Park, and a selection of good restaurants both inside the hotel or a short walk away. The outdoor pool was heated so we were able to swim, and my daughter enjoyed the sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a wedding. It’s in a very convenient location. There are free bike rentals for 2 hours which is more than enough time to get a loop in at Stanley park. Even though we got a free room upgrade, we personally found the price point for the room high, but maybe that’s just Vancouver. Overall we would probably stay again.
