The staff were friendly. The room temperature was like a sauna as soon as we walked in. We immediately turned off the heat but that did not help when it was time for bed. We did call down to the front desk to ask if they had a fan but they had none. We asked if we can unplug the heat as even turning it off it would trim back in and they said yes. The room was still so hot and we did not have a good sleep. The rooms were not sound proof what so ever, we could hear what people were doing in the next room. Overall the place was clean, the staff were friendly. I would not go back do the rooms not being sound proof and rooms too hot.

The room was super clean and well lit, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was spacious and had good temperature control and water pressure. The only thing I found weird was that the garbage cans did not have garbage bags and were SUPER small. The wifi was also quite fast. Overall, I'd recommend this location.

I needed to cancel the last day of stay. I could not modify directly on Expedia portal as the stay was in progress and had to contact the hotel.The hotel manager says no problem, he has cancelled, I can checkout and obtain the refund from Expedia. Then Expedia informed that Alma from the hotel says that I checked out myself and therefore no refund. Such dishonest and coward staff who are not be able to have frank and direct conversation.

The room we checked into was an accessibility room. Not what I booked. Only rooms they had for me. So no bathtub just an accessible shower. The room was an oven with no way to either turn the thermostat down or off without it coming on many times throughout
