Service / food was great, however there is an issue with the heat/ cooling system. The system is programmed to cool just a minutes you turn the heat on. We all got sick.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Elevator was a pain but the staff did what they could to help. Waiting on parts so can't blame the hotel for that.

Only issue I had was unfortunate because it repeated the entire stay. The hotel has a quiet policy from 10PM, however on my floor we had multiple people running up and down the hallways and being very loud. This unfortunately occurred every night and past midnight one night. My trip was a proffesional working trip where I would appreciate getting some sleep.

We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot! We were able to walk to Vaughn Mills Mall. Only downside is that there wasn't a sidewalk or crosswalk so had to maneuver that. The free parking was such a bonus! The bar/restaurant was really delicious and affordable. Staff were wonderful. The room was really nice and spacious.
