This hotel is beautiful, like Venice, and in a great location. However, the staff was outstanding and made this an exceptional stay. Great attitudes, friendly, and extremely helpful. I believe Elianna is one of the names (apologies if I messed that up) but all of the others were great. Booked two tours during the stay, one with the hotel and another online. The hotel-recommended tour was way better and very reasonably priced. The tour guide's name is Serena. Very nice and animated. Watched an NFL game on a computer in the hidden courtyard very late at night. The person at the desk instantly became the bartender. Served us drinks, turned on the heater, all with a smile. Regretted leaving, and hope to get a chance for another stay there someday.

This hotel was out of this world! It captures the feeling of "Old World Venice" perfectly. The decor, the vibe, and the building itself are just stunning. It felt unbelievable to stay in such a historic and beautiful setting. The room was comfortable and soaked in charm. If you want a fairytale experience that feels authentic rather than touristy, you have to stay here. 10/10!

We had a suite for five of us and it was incredibly comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly accommodating and helpful.The location is right on one of the many canals and it was only a five minute walk with our leg to the aerobus transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants right around it. The breakfast provided was very delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others as well.

Wonderful stay, staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the annexe which was lovely bright and airy with a small lounge and garden area. The annexe was only about 20 steps over a little bridge from the main hotel, had a secure pin coded door and was lovely and quiet. Our room had a lavazza coffee pod machine with a selection of coffees filled up daily along with a shaded terrace area which was very welcome in August. The whole hotel was spotless, i didnt see a speck of dust - amazing for a 3 star hotel compared to UK standards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a variety to choose from including pastries, cold meats, cheese and a variety of breads with plenty of strong italian coffee to wash it down. Location was perfect, really central just a few minutes walk to St. Marks square and the grand canal for catching a vaporetto or a gondola. All in all an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!

The staff here are AMAZING; all of them were fantastically helpful making various reservations and recommendations. AC was great and the breakfast was also satisfying! It is close to many attractions. Highly recommend!!
