So the main positive part of this hotel is the location. It could not be in a better spot and I’m very glad that it was where it was. However, the hotel condition was not the greatest. It says that there’s an elevator, but I had to take an elevator and then I had to go up 2 1/2 sets of stairs as well. I was eaten alive by mosquitoes in the room was probably a three out of five. The bathroom was big. The staff was OK and the bar was OK and there was these little areas where you can sit and watch the gondolas which was very nice. The hotel presents very well on the outside however, the inside is another story.

This property was absolutely perfect. As a solo traveler I was able to navigate easily from the water bus station to the hotel even after midnight from the airport to the hotel. Do note that is about an hour and half affordable bus ride(32euro round trip). The hotel location allowed for easy access to everything Rialto was about a 10 minute walk that you could get to multiple ways from the hotel. Which gets you to the grand canal and Santa Maria. Shopping is everywhere in all directions. Every morning having breakfast you're sitting right in a canal where people catch the gondola so your view is great! And across the bridge you're right in Piazza San Marco. The bar at the hotel was my favorite. Mike the bartender was absolutely a gem. The hotel rooms themselves are very traditional style Italian rooms so if you're looking for modern you're not gonna get that here you will get charm, clean and you will get kind friendly service with a traditional Italian flare. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would actually give it more stars if the system allowed me to

The hotel was very clean. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Was not able to sleep well because it was so hard. The buffet breakfast was very limited and the eggs, bacon, sausages and pancakes were all cold. We paid to upgrade our room to a bigger room which we received, but when looked out the windows in the 4th floor, all we saw were roofs. We expected a view of a canal and gondoliers. Very over priced for what we got.

Super kind and attentive staff. Room was beautiful. Our room had a balcony that looked over the canal and the gondolas. It was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was even better! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

The room was for a single person, but there is NO headboard so the pillow keeps falling off the bed. The shower is too TINY...the shower head was stuck for a midgets(people 5 foot tall) ...I am 6 foot 3 inches. The breakfast was OK...the eggs and beacon were GREAT, but the juice is awful....the staff at the breakfast were FABULOUS and the concierge and staff at the front desk were FIRST class. The hotel location is GREAT, right on San Marco square...

I have to rate this hotel a 10/10. We had just flown in from the States after nearly 24 hours with no sleep and arrived absolutely exhausted and drenched from a torrential downpour. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, the bellman immediately noticed our situation and kindly took it upon himself to double-check the available rooms. Thankfully, one was ready, and we were able to get some much-needed rest. The customer service was truly exceptional. On top of that, the room was surprisingly spacious for Italy, offered a beautiful view, and was perfectly located near everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Very central to St Marks Square etc and close to water taxi stations. Reception area, Bar & Breakfast good. We booked a standard classic room with canal view (Room 1159). Not really 4 star accommodation. The room was small with basic furnishings and lack of storage space. The mattresses overhung the the base of the old bed and the pillows were poor quality. The TV was partially hidden by the curtains either side. The bathroom was ok but the shower cubicle was very small.
