Ok place to stay. Everything fine in the room Great location and lots of food and leather shops. Just be firm with the immigrants selling tack and say no to roses bracelets and other tack.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

One staff member was friendly andb helpful, the other not so much. Room was tiny. Had to leave the room to go another door to access the bathroom. There was a bucket in the hall collecting water from a leak, the carpet was dirty and looked “burned” in another area. Yucky place.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and vaporetto docks. Twin room with my son was nice but the shower temperature was quite temperamental, as was the wifi signal in the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet was quite basic but plentiful. Good value for the price.

Go Somewhere Else

It is NOT even worth the lower price. This place didn’t even qualify (imo) for 1 star. The site had WiFi at the check-in desk, BUT we could not connect in our 3rd floor room. It repeatedly said that we were not within range. When asked to share the password, the QR code came back “incorrect.” (Photos below) The AC did not work well. Our first night, the room was too warm. We called the front desk to lower the thermostat because it was NOT controlled in the room. Although the front desk claimed it was changed, the room only got hotter throughout the night and woke us up. The shower was exceptionally small with little water pressure. And the shower had mold to an extent that it appeared it had not been well cleaned for quite some time.
This was the setting and NOT the room temp. Our devices showed that it was much hotter.

My girlfriend and I had a nice stay here, the hotel is good value for money as it was very cheap. The room was comfortable and clean, however it god very warm in there. Other than that everything was okay. Breakfast was very good as well.

Very friendly staff on front desk and cleaning staff. The lady managed to get our 2 rooms 1 hour before official check in time. Rooms were comfortable for a stay of a couple of days. Just a few minutes walk from train and bus station.
