Hotel with good location got train station

Bedroom wax beautiful with good air conditioning. Only issue unable to o relax in room when needed to as tv only had news channels in English, only do much news you can hear especially when it is on a loop.

Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!

Great Family Stay at Hotel Principe – Venice

We traveled as a family and had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Principe. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station, which was very convenient when arriving and departing the city. We had two rooms. Although they didn’t have a canal view, they were bright, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. One day, we did notice a faint onion smell when opening the window, but it was a one-time occurrence and didn’t impact our overall experience. Breakfast was one of the highlights: very complete and varied, with fresh fruit, real-tasting eggs (not the artificial kind!), a nice assortment of breads, and a good selection of drinks. It was also included in our reservation made through Hotels.com, which was a great plus. The hotel has direct access to the canal, which allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and experience a traditional Venetian moment, with gondolas passing right in front of us. While main attractions like St. Mark’s Square are about a 40-minute walk away, the walk itself is enjoyable and a great way to explore Venice’s charming streets. All in all, a very good option for staying in Venice, especially if you’re arriving by train and traveling with family.

Right accross the Main train station in Rome (Tremini Station)- close to hop-on/Hop-off buses, very clean, breakfast options were extensive, room was very clean and the nightly rate is very competitive. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good balance of convenience, economy and quality.

The hotel is so clean with beautiful view on the grand canal in the middle of the shopping areas and just 2 minutes walk from the main train station and walking distance from everything and like 25 minutes walk from the St. Marko (the main plaze). I really recomand the hotel to any one going there, even rooms prices are reasnoble.

Easy and convenient right at the entrance to Venice. Less than 5 minutes from the train station, and just about a 10-minute walk if you arrive by taxi or bus from the airport. It’s easy to get around, with restaurants, shops, and beautiful canal views all around. Plus, the rooms are spacious, and many come with a balcony.

Nice lobby , view from room , remodeled rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Very convenient location. However , and this is big. The ac was NOT working when we arrived and the first night was like 90 degrees in the room. They finally fixed at late in the second day after I complained and told them I was gonna leave. I asked other people and many had similar issues and the hotel told them that their ac Was Working , when it clearly wasn’t !!! So good luck

It was next to the station and not far from the bridge where buses and taxis take you to the airport. So good location for that. The inisde was clean. Not super modern very fancy in a old way.It was a little lopsided which made me think that structurally it might be a bit funky, but then again we are in a city that is sinking.

Nice Hotel

Really good location for what we wanted, v close to main train station, restaurants and boats to get around. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. We arrived via boat taxi so there is a port just outside on the grand canal which was v convenient. Room was v clean, comfortable with toiletries, fridge with mini bar and security box.

This property is beautiful, well maintained and well staffed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and most important in June, they have great air conditioning! The location was good, close to train station which is great as getting around with bags might otherwise be difficult. Our stay was too short but we enjoyed it greatly!

It is very convenient to the train station. The hotel itself is nicely appointed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly attended to by the staff. When we stepped out onto the balcony we were greeted with a with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal and all its wonder. There was also a lovely patio by the canal that we sat out on each night to watch the various boats and Gondal's go by. It was peaceful and relaxing, everything you could imagine in a Venice vacation. For breakfast they have an excellent assortment of pastries, fruits, cheeses, breads, cereals, along with eggs, meats, pancakes and more. The staff was efficient and friendly. The shower cubicle was a little small but was overshadowed by everything else. Definitely a place of wonderful memories!
