Room was absolutely delightful. So well appointed - every little thing one might need for a hotel stay was thought of - even a robe. Plus there were welcoming treats. Room and bathroom were spotless. Only downside for some might be the stairs

Vito and the entire staff were extremely helpful! Between calling a porter to giving amazing recommendations, we would stay here again. The location is so easy to get to and the rooms while smaller, have very modern bathrooms and were clean.

Wonderful Hotel 100% recommended

My stay at the Hotel San Gallo was wonderful. The location is perfect, only a seven-minute walk from the Rialto station. The room was beautiful and cozy, with a nice view of the city. The service was fantastic: everyone at the front desk was eager to help. Vito's culinary recommendations were especially helpful. He was also very patient and kind with me and my daughter and speaks Italian, Spanish, and English. I recommend this hotel 100% without a doubt. We would return to the same room without a second thought.

Perfect location for touring. Quick and easy access to all forms of travel even with 3 pieces of luggage. The hotel is wonderful. The best staff you will ever find anywhere. Courteous friendly knowledgeable and very professional and sincere. Would stay here again but in a larger room. Rooftop patio is perfect.

Overall good/nice for Italy. Staff was very friendly. Room and lobby was romantic. Watch your step on stairs! Everything felt small and cramped, but typical for Europe on a budget.

The hotel is vwry good and has excellwent reception team who guided us well.on the night of checkin the guy was nice and made us feel comfortable. Welcome snacks were good as kids liked it.all facilitiesfrom.tooth brush to bath slippers were provided. Coffee with kettle were refilled daily. All in all very good value for the money .highly recommended. Only issue was not the hotel but the navigation maps not able to loacate the hotel from.the water bus stop.
