We had another wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano, six years on from our initial stay for our anniversary. When we arrived they informed us they had a little surprise for us waiting which turned out to be an upgrade to the top floor with a bottle of Prosecco on ice on the table when we walked in, which was totally unexpected and was a great start to our celebrations. The staff were so attentive, providing great recommendations and being on hand for any queries we had. We had the best time and would recommend it to anyone wanting a romantic trip away to Venice.

Property was lovely and in a great location. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. The canal view room was a little noisy with boats and people outside late at night/in the early hours, so it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A different type of room may be quieter.

Excellent property right by the San Basilio vaporetto stop. Easy to navigate transportation to/from the airport. The front desk staff were amazing! They were very professional & super helpful. They happily answered all of our questions about the hotel, the city, & arranging a driver to the airport our last morning since we had a very early morning flight. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel in Venice. Location was great and easily to get to from the train stain with the vaporetto. Walkable to all the sights. Our room (family suite/duplex) was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was very nice and clean and well maintained. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good with a good selection and some churn to keep it interesting. This is a fabulous hotel, the staff are amazing, the front desk are brilliant informative and very helpful. The location is perfect away from the hoards but with local bars and restaurants close by. It’s perfect.

Amazing staff standing by to assist. One of the few hotels you can arrange a car transfer to the airport within a 10 minute walk of their front door. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

Everything went great, the only complaint I have is in the morning in the back alley way which is where I left the window open for fresh air. There is so much commotion and noise in the morning. It was really loud all morning. Everything else was great I love the hotel!

Great hotel in wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay and much needed after a hard week skiing in the Dolomites. The concierge were really helpful to arrange transfers and the hotel staff could not be more accommodating. The split level duplex family room was just perfect and nice to have a family room where the beds are not next to each other. Can’t speak highly enough of the hotel. It was also lovely to be away with the craziness of the main areas so noise was kept to a minimum.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property located right on the Grand Canal. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable with made to order coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area is quiet with a lot of dining options very close to attractions and ferries.
