The staff was extremely helpful on providing recommendations for food and transportation in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Fell in love with the bathroom! Would definitely stay here again as it’s in a very convenient location and we had a very comfortable stay.

This property is right on the water and it is lovely. The room was suitable. Gorgeous bathroom! Beds are tiny. Took a star off for two reasons. 1: the elevator went out and we were on the 4th floor. 2: we got a desk agent to give us smaller bills from a 20 euro and the next morning he called saying he never received the money when my friend and I both saw it happen The rest of the stay was lovely

The place to stay in Venice.

The staff was so helpful with restaurants I’m booking tours. We love the hotel bar and all the different Negronis. Room was very comfortable and they left a nice bottle of prosecco for us. The breakfast was yummy. We love the area with the art shops, little restaurants, bars, and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Thanks again for your recommendations.

Great Post Cruise Hotel Stay

We added a stay at this hotel after a cruise. The concierge did a great job helping us get transportation from the cruise terminal in Ravenna to their hotel. Then the bellhop met us at the taxi station to assist us with getting our bags to the hotel. The hotel is an easy walk from the taxi area. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing. We had a great night sleep. There is breakfast included. We ate well. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very convenient for us since we had just come from a cruise. Also it was close to the water bus and we liked that it was basically quiet. We did have children above us who were noisy but all in all the property was great!

Welcoming, accommodating and beautiful hotel

This hotel was wonderful. They were in contact with us via WhatsApp before we arrived and were very responsive to all our questions. Upon arrival the hotel itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the bartenders were funny and took care of us as well! I will recommend this hotel to everyone!
