Hotel is amazing Our room opened to the canal as singing Gondolier’s came by! The room was very quiet The bed very comfortable Close to several restaurants and shops Walking distance to San Marco Square 10-12 minutes where many tours depart from. Would stay again!! Enjoy

Excellent location; central and walkable to popular Doge’s palace, San Marco Basillica (tour meeting points) shops and restaurants. Great price and value for money. Water taxi picks you up from the small hotel dock for airport pick up etc. Unfortunately my room was not anything like the pictures on the website, no actual shower stalls, only a bathtub with hand held shower. Disappointed that tue pictures weren’t representative of the rooms. But it was nice enough and clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again but would confirm the room I’m getting.

Hotel is centrally located in Venice, close to all major attractions and easy access to the train station by n1 boat. The breakfast is great and convenient. The initial room we had was on the 4th floor, very small and at the attic. Later we were upgraded to a bigger room but can’t open windows, construction outside. Overall it was a nice hotel in Venice.

Convenient, Budget-Friendly Venetian Hotel

We loved it. Hotel was nice enough for the price and the staff was friendly. We loved that the water taxis could pull right up to the property. Convenient location within walking distance of everything you’d want to see.
