This was a delightful find. We stayed here one night to be close to the airport, if we ever make it back to Venice we'll stay here longer and simply take the bus into Venice. The accomodations were very nice, it was quiet and just steps away from the bus stop.

This was a beautiful stay. Waking up to the birds and the plentiful garden was a dream!! I will say the only reason I’d give it four was because when trying to get breakfast they were unable to communicate with us and it took a trip back to the front office to help fix this difficulty, overall would recommend this stay!

The most major problem we faced was ants. As we walked into our room, there was an infestation of ants all throughout the room. Near the beds, the desk, but mostly in the bathroom. When we asked the front desk for help, they came with a vacuum and bug spray, but did not offer us any permanent remedy to the issue. This might be in a “greenhouse,” but the expectation of a hotel is to be clean and NOT have bugs inside. Around the hotel, there is absolutely nothing to do. As a result, you have to either go far for lunch and dinner OR go to venice. There was a lack of plugs, the bed was extremely uncomfortable as it lacked any actual support and felt like a cot. Overall, everyone has a different experiences (especially when there are so many good reviews). I would just take this into account when deciding whether to book here or not. The only thing that stood out was the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was splendid.

This is an amazing property. Quiet, beautiful, green and flowers everywhere. Easy 20 minute bus into Venice, quick ride to airport. Incredible breakfast. Perfect place to end our vacation.

Beautiful property, staff very helpful. Rooms clean, breakfast was delicious! Orbitz says there’s a shuttle to cruise port which is not the case. Easy access to public transportation saves you money!!! Loved it!

The property is listed as agritourism and lives up to it's name. From the beautifully kept grounds, the greenery, the animals (donkeys and sheep), cats and dogs... its a quiet oasis but close to the spectacular city of Venice. Highly recommend it.
