Very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were great to have with a family. The included breakfast was convenient and had plenty of choices for our three young, and picky, boys. The only negative worth noting for a family is there was only a shower stall, no bathtub. A little harder setting sandy kids clean in a shower rather than soaking in a tub. Overall, a great experience.

A great property. Very clean. The place is still getting work done but the updates look great. Great beds and shower. So nice we stayed an extra night.

A little shop worn. Lighting isn’t great but it’s very clean.

Clean comfortable bed, hot shower, microwave, cold mini fridge, coffee maker, working TV with DirecTV. Good locks and blackout curtains. Nice reception lady. It was quiet on a Saturday night. Safe area. The parking lot does fill up later, if you leave you'll lose your spot so just walk or taxi to downtown, it's a 10 minute walk. Also walkable to Ventura pier/beach. The Kwikimart store across the street is very convenient but overpriced fyi. Good close casual dining options for fish tacos and Mexican food literally a block away: Spencer MaKenzie's Fish Co. and my personal fave, Corrales #1. It was a good stay! :)

We had a lovely stay here. It was very clean, friendly and helpful staff and close to the movie theater and restaurants in Oxnard.
