After waiting 40 minutes for my luggage I went to valet and got it myself. TV streaming kept restarting tv and their were many homeless people laying all over the sidewalks at the lobby entrance and yelling, very uncomfortable.

All good. Wish the common areas were a bit more up leveled (they are very sparse, carpet is poor). In the room, the bathroom slider door lends itself to being a petri-dish based on having hands all over the door to make it open/close.

A newly remodeled hotel in the heart of Santa Barbara, walkable to State Street, the Courthouse, and the Funk Zone. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with an organic pleasant, and sustainable decor. Staff is professional, always ready to help with a positive attitude. The only downside of being at the center of everything is that it gets a little loud but it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

No microwave or useful refrigerator. Super tiny room. Only half shower door so floor gets wet. Very noisy at night from the street from people at bars. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. For positives, staff was super helpful and friendly in hotel and at valet. Very efficient. Bed was comfortable. We got to like the pour over coffee. Free bikes to ride were in great condition and a lot of fun.
