The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The valet gentleman remembered my name the next day which was very impressive considering the hotel was completely booked. The property is under construction which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. The room was spacious and very modern with a very comfortable bed. They provided reusable water bottles and had a filtered water station on our floor which dispensed flat or sparkling water. Very convenient as it was pretty the days we were there.

Under construction!

The hotel is under construction ….and it would have been helpful to know that prior to booking. Our room was already nicely renovated but the lobby was closed off and access to the elevator was around back of building. Not convenient! Staff was pleasant and helpful

Good location. Lobby under construction. Only one elevator. Rooms nice Needed to flush toilet a couple of times. Light in bathroom turned off automatically after 10 minutes unless movement was recognized.

Five star accommodations!

The location of this hotel is perfect with great restaurants, shopping nearby, and a quick walk to the pier, as well. Starbucks right next door for an easy morning pick me up. Very comfortable accommodations and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the valet service, too!
