Terrible check in

Terrible check in experience. We had no guide as to how to find the hotel. And the signs for it were tiny. We spent 20 minutes trying to find it and ringing the number provided by hotels.com.no answer. Then as we did find the hotel and the tiny phone number the host wasn't there. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to turn up. Her english wasn't good withwr which made comunication harder.I just think there could have been more directions as to how to check in. She could have asked us our estimated arrival time to meet us there. Anyway aside from the check in everything else was pleasant.

Great stay in Borgo Trento

A great residence with space, cleanliness and a well equipped shared kitchen for use. The bus stop was nearby. I would advise the residence to make clear the need for tenants to contact the property in advance to arrange an arrival time, as the property has no front desk.

We were greeted promptly and friendly. However, there were no suppliments such as city maps or suggestions on public transport . The bathroom mirror was broken and there were no shelves in the shower or any extra towels. The bedding was comfortable. The location was convenient but the view from the terrace was really unpleasant. A vacant property surrounded by garbage. No reason to spend time there!

Muito confortável!!! Super limpo!!! Só é difícil encontrar o lugar! Fora isto perfeito. Estávamos de carro e em qualquer lugar chegamos rapidinho. Bem pertinho tem um lugar delicia para tomara café da manhã.

Buona posizione-qualità-prezzo.

Struttura tranquilla, discreto confort e buona pulizia. Siamo entrati la sera, dopo che molto gentilmente la ragazza che gestisce, ci ha aspettato ed accompagnato in stanza. Il bagno non è in stanza, ma è come se lo fosse, dato che è proprio attaccato e ad uso esclusivo. Le lenzuola, gli asciugamani ed i servizi erano puliti. Non posso dire altro perchè poi alla mattina successiva prestissimo siamo andati via. Per quel poco che abbiamo visto, si può tranquillamente raccomandare. Poi da non sottovalutare che abbiamo trovato posto auto proprio adiacente all'edificio. Che si può volere di più?
