Upon check out, the customer directly in front of me was asked how was his stay, did he find anything needing improvement etc. It was a full 5 mins chat. When I approached, I was told “Thank You”. No concern for my stay, probably I was not that important a client. In terms of what is needed to improve - there was a lingering natural gas smell on the 4th floor, I. In the room, there was a faint odour as well, the plumbing needs to be looked at as it took forever for it to drain and there was no lighting by the desk or workstation area.
