This hotel was a phenomenal surprise. We wanted quick access to the train station to get.to Salzburg and it was a short walk. The hotel was superb. Very quiet. New. Super clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous.

I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. The room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared — I really appreciated the welcome fruits and the personalized greeting with my name on the TV. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it’s conveniently close to the main train station, making it easy to get around. I didn’t get the chance to try their breakfast or visit the rooftop bar, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vienna, Andaz is an excellent choice.

A great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to central station. Everything in the hotel is top notch. Rooms are very comfortable. Restaurant and bars are outstanding. Will stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.

The hotel looks impressive, but when I genuinely needed help, the staff were indifferent and unprofessional. Their lack of responsibility and care was very disappointing for a property under the Hyatt brand.

New property - next to very good transport, Vienna Central station and underground. Need to catch the underground to reach the city centre and lively spots. Recommend this place if you want a quieter location but easy ride into the city. Excellent hotel facilities (house keeping can be haphazard !)
