Hotel wasn’t great. Wouldn’t say it’s 4 star if I’m honest. Rooms were very dated hot beverages were limited to tea no milk.

Ok hotel but not sure I would stay there again. The staff was helpful and professional except for a very rude man in the breakfast room. Effenberger, who should not be working around people. unacceptable behavior! I felt highly offended. The rooms were ok but its not possible to regulate the thermostat

Convenient enough as there is a metro nearby and about a 20-30 minute walk to city center. I specifically wanted to be around this area, safe to walk around. Good place to stay for a quick stop to Vienna.

All good, besides they were doing some roadwork around the area, is not located well and there’s not much to do around but there’s a train station close to move to city center.

We had a good stay. There's alot of construction arounf the hotel therefore noise was a problem. The rooms are spacious but furniture is a littke out dated. Staff was great.

Comfy bed!

Hotel was clean and service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor, but the bed was the most comfortable of my whole trip. Good location.

The staff are very rude. I arrived at 21:45 and the restaurant was closing at 22:00. They refused to take me order to go bcz the chef was very tired. Also the toilet in the room is the most weird and gross thing I have seen.

Convenient location in terms of commute, local eating places, grocery shopping, ATM, pharmacy, underground station. Apartment was very clean and every, a cleaning service is every morning with the fresh towels. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
