Nice Tysons Corner Hotel

Nice hotel. Nice room. Good breakfast included. Free happy hour drinks is a cherry on top ;) Close to metro. $12 parking charged daily (not nightly). Nothing really to complaint about.

bad parking

First of all, I do not expect to pay for parking when I am staying at a hotel unless it is mid-city. Secondly, the parking system is so complicated that you have to have assistance working it.

When your black your inconveniences are intentionl

Customer service has dwindled. Been a longtime customer of embassy suites for decades and the service gets worse for a black woman. Got stuck in the elevator, headboard was falling from the wall. And they didn’t even try to accommodate. Oh and don’t tip for door service bc they’ll just hold your food allowing everyone to breathe on it while you inconvenience yourself to travel to pickup something you asked to be delivered!!! Go figure

family weekend

Over the past 6 months we have stayed in SEVERAL different hotel chains in this area while visiting family. This is the best one yet! The hotel has a very friendly vibe and the rooms offer some privacy that competitors don't have. The one thing that bothered me was that I searched for hotels with free parking and 2 days before our stay we received a message that it wasn't available. It cost us $14.40 a day to park, and the app (QR code) isn't user friendly.
