I had a great stay just wish I didn't have to pay for 2 Rooms when I only needed one,and it was abit hard when you have to wait till 3pm to get the room.
Rooms very clean, beds super comfy, all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
Hotel overfall is looking fab with the new refurbishment, restaurant is very nice with good food esp the breakfast buffet, well worth it.
The room had been renovated/refurbished and was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were generally very helpful. I haven't tried the restaurant. For a good value, comfortable place to stay in Auckland Rose Park Hotel is a positive choice.
(1). The room was freezing cold. Air con was complicated to operate.
(2). Room lacked black-out window coverings Room was far too light, especially with a large very strong light on all nite which was situated immediately outside the window.
(3). Room was noisy in the early hours of the morning with the sounds of people traversing the floor above.
This room is to be avoided at all cost.
Best hotel we stayed at while traveling the north Isand of Nz. Great location and view. Breakfast was great, room nice, restaurant great and staff was nice. I would stay again if i return to Auckland.
