Nice rooms, beautifully presented. a good area if you're wanting the spark arena only about a 10-15min walk. Can walk over to the rose garden and down to the beach aswell. The onsite restaurant is also really nice. Great food great staff will definitely stay again
This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. The room was nicely done, and very clean. However the old sliding door rattled in the wind. The heat pump clicked and clacked allnight. And the drain in the shower must be connected to other drains because we could hear running water through the drain constantly. There was continuous banging sounds throughout the night and the walls seem paperthin causing a terrible sleep. And this was over a weekend with the tradies not working.
They seemed to be understaffed and the stress on staff was evident.
The resturant was nice, tidy and clean. Simple menu, but well executed.
Nice location, handy to spark arena with good car parking.
Paying a decent price for an absolutely rubbish sleep due to the constant noise. We will not be back.

Didn't like the air conditioning of the buses parked outside our room turning on and off all night this affected our nights sleep.
I like the air conditioning on in the room when we arrived as it was hot outside and lovely when we walked into a cool room.
Peaceful property, very clean. My room was a little dark with no view. I would have liked help with my luggage to the room as I am 81 years old. Lacks personal attention to clients.
We were initially put in a room one floor below the restaurant but it only took us a few minutes to discover the noise of moving furniture. We requested a room change. The manager is incredibly professional & friendly. Despite being full they managed to upgrade us to a room in the main wing. We had a room facing the gardens but there was incredible traffic noise on our first night. We found out later that this was due to temporary road closures in surrounding streets. It improved as the week continued but it may be better in a room facing the back parking lot. We have stayed in one of these rooms before & they are fine. The location is excellent & most importantly, there is no cost parking. We didn't eat there. The rooms are spotless & newly refurbished. There is very little noise detectable from other rooms. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. All the staff are very friendly. There is a great fish & chip shop just a 5 minute walk down the road as well as a cafe/restaurant a block away. Price is competitive & we are looking forward to our 4th stay there later in the year.
Aging facility despite some paint and minor upgrades recently. Car park was dirty and having a room at the street side, there was a lot of noise as well as light pollution of street lights. Very underwhelming experience all around
A comfortable hotel with great staff and good facilities. Well located with pleanty of parking. Some of the corridor carpets (conference area 3rd floor) are a bit nasty though)
The receptionist who signed up in was not friendly and seemed in a bad mood.
The fan in bathroom needed a clean.
It was very loud by the main road, the wall was very thin.
