Great location nice and clean I just do not like they do not have coffee in the rooms since I like to start my day with some coffee! One simple thing that would make a huge difference for morning coffee drinkers other than that I have not complaints .

It’s a wonderful hotel you won’t regret choosing it! Very close to a metro station and walkable to the tram stops. We loved it.

I ordered cocktail in the bar. I was served a non alcohol mix of juice for about 16 Euro. There should be no zero alcohol cocktail, and there has to be one, it shouldnt cost that high.

Overall a nice hotel in a convenient place. The cleanliness stood out as the housekeeping team made-up the room to be spotless every day. There was the longest check-in I've ever seen, a 45-minute wait for a queue of 3 people with all desks serving was disappointing to see.

This is a fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, the most fabulous breakfast, and transport to the airport right on your doorstep. The walk into town is a 10 minute stroll (with a great coffee house or two en route). We only had one towel in our room (despite asking for a new one twice) and couldn’t get the tv in the room to work, but this didn’t detract from the overall positive experience.

A beautifully refurbished hotel. The cleanliness was 5/5. Some staff could do with being more cheerful although this seemed to be the theme throughout Vienna. My biggest notes are to sort out your key cards and room allocations The key cards deactivated frequently which made it particularly difficult when we had booked 2 identical rooms in our booking but they were allocated 3 floors apart. Heavens knows the logic behind that because it was not because the room types were different, in fact the rooms were identical right down to the rolleraway beds. ( this was only needed in one room…).
