Service is very poor . The staff does nit care about your needs . Looks like Comparing to the size of hotel, they don’t have adequate staff . Right from check in upto restaurant the service is below the standard and they are lacking is professional approach.

The breakfast buffet was terrific. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Let me list a couple of the cons: The hotel is dated. The carpeting needs to be refreshed. I was placed in a wing where there was construction going on in the adjoining rooms. The carpet was dirty, and the hallway smelt dank. In the exercise area, there was a video constantly playing of the CEO shilling for the hotels culinary school. It seem quite annoying, especially when trying to exercise. Finally, the hotel has a number of rather irritating ledges, and drop offs, which can be quite daunting for a customer with physical difficulties. Overall, a decent hotel, but not one that would merit a five star rating, at least in my book.

I love walking to the 24 hour open food court just outside the terminal 1 and enjoying a good selection of street food in a clean setting. The breakfast area is open and grand.

Great location, outstanding service, delicious food and very comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, room was unclean but they addressed that in timely manner. Room size was smaller than expected.
