Grenedine house 3 day stay

Hotel is centrally located in Kingston. Walk able for downtown and the Botanical Gardens. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

We had a lovely stopover before we caught a ferry to Bequai. Staff, food and amenities are good and it’s excellent value for money. Unfortunately, we were kept awake by people taking loudly on the balcony of the room next door otherwise it would have got 5 stars

I’ve visited SVG many times as a business traveler and stayed at another property without issues. This time around I chose Grenadine house since it’s close to my office. The first surprise was finding Bop and Off sitting on the side table. My room was filled with mosquitoes and I wanted to leave the first night. I did not sleep that night. In 2024 a guest finds Bop and Off in their room? Come on guys!! The next morning my colleague sprayed the room upon my pick up and I prayed there won’t be any Boo smell in the room upon my return since I’m allergic to high smelling sprays. Allergies must be taken into consideration before placing insecticides in a hotel room. I was so disappointed to find a room with outdated furniture and decor, old fraying mats on the floor and a cable service that never worked in the 7 nights I stayed there. Suffice it to say, I will not be returning. On my final night I wanted some tea, only to discover there was no adapter to plug the kettle into. Can do better especially for the price. Just disgraceful. Happy to be home!!
