Staff was very good, and accommodating. The rooms are fantastic with great views of the ocean, and the location on the boardwalk was perfect. Parking garage on site was great. We were in town for the marathon and they allowed us a later checkout because of that. Would definitely stay with them again.

Not What We Expected: A Frustrating Experience

I recently stayed at the Boardwalk Villa, and I must say, my experience was very disappointing. We paid for a 2-bedroom suite, but we were unaware that the second bedroom was in a separate area. This meant we had to exit our hotel room and enter through another door to access the second bedroom, which we ended up not using at all. To make matters worse, the WiFi was non-functional. The hotel called an engineer to come to our room to fix the issue, but he was unable to resolve it. The front desk then asked us to go downstairs to the business office to use their computer to retrieve our boarding passes. This process took us two frustrating hours, and when we tried to print our passes, the printer didn't work. Joey offered to help by asking us to send him the file so he could print it out for us, just too much trouble and I was tired. Due to all these issues, we decided to check out earlier than expected so we could get to the airport and handle our boarding pass situation. I would rate this hotel a 1 (terrible) and will not be staying here again. I cannot recommend this property to my friends or family. The hotel did not align with the reviews or advertisements; it felt old and depressing.

Felt a little cheated

I mustve went during the off season because mostly everything was closed. This includes the restaurant inside the hotel. Parking was very scarce most nights. The room was good. I love the view, the extra space was a plus. The fully stocked kitchen was very convenient.

The staff was the most awesome part of the stay. they engaged with us as if we knew them for years. They encouraged my daughter every day of her track nationals meets. Phenomenal people. The room was great also, parking was amazing. Parked on level three and our room was on three. Easy taking our stuff in and taking it back out. Oh, at night this was the only place that has spot lights on the beach so if you were out in the evening it was well lit for the occasion. Awesome!
