Hyatt Place is a great place! The room is spacious open and well cared for. The breakfast is sufficient and well staffed. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was super accommodating, the hotel was clean and the view was gorgeous.

My family enjoyed the Hyatt Hotel with everything in Beach Town Center. We went to our daughter’s wedding and I packed my mother of the bride dress in my suitcase. It was wrinkled throughout the dress. The staff offered me a steamer for my dress. I am happy, they had it in their hotel. My hubby and I went for breakfast every morning. Also, we went to the gym and pool. My teenagers went to the gym with us, but they wanted to go to Fresh Market. In walking distance, we went to Target, Nordstrom, Coastal Region, Bahama Breeze, Village Inn and Cheesecake Factory. There were other shops we wanted to try but, we ran out of time. The hotel parking was fantastic, no daily charge. The staff customer service was a 10 rating for excellence at its best. The room stayed clean and the cleaning staff cleans every other day. I am glad that I chose the Hyatt Hotel. This is a diamond in the ocean. My hubby and I are grateful for the service, we have received. Thank you ❤️

Our room had a great ocean view on the sixth floor. This is on the beginning of the boardwalk and all was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful And gracious.
