Stayed for one night. Great rates. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. On the very end of the strip next to the inlet, so it takes some walking to get to most the stores but it’s very calm and peaceful down there. The hotel was clean. It was slightly smaller, but was perfect for what we needed. There was a strong smell (like an air freshener) in the room which was a little overwhelming. Parking was a little tight, so if you go when it’s busier it could definitely get full. But overall it was a great stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a cheap and quick stay. Comfortable and nice! Also a duck swam in the pool with us. That was pretty cool.

Made reservations for a 2 bedroom with Kitchenette but instead got "what was available" a single room with 2 Queen size beds. Note: you can do better with hotels away from the water front. Note 2: the hotel had an electrical fire and all guests had to stay out for 16 hours. I am guessing reservation doesn't mean the same thing anymore. " Beware of the Bait & Switch "

I liked the balcony and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. The microwave should be replaced, I believe there's rust in it. Overall, it is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. Generally I only stay one night. It is an overnight stop on my way to/from Greenville, NC (where I live) and my son's house in Dover, DE. I have my 2 granddaughters with me this time and they loved being so close to the playground and the beach. The beach was so clean. While this is an older motel, and a typical beach motel, it has been renovated and was very clean. There was a small microwave, a stove top and a small refrigerator. It was perfect for a summer stay at the beach. I will be back.

Only negative thing about is propert is the AC. You appear to have conttil, but you do not. 70/71 is as low as it goes. My family struggles sleeping comfortably above 68. Everything else is great! Staff, property, location, pool all nice.
