We paid over $2,000 for this stay, and what we received was completely unacceptable. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival — sand was all over the floor, making it uncomfortable to even walk barefoot. The toilet was not working at all, forcing us into an embarrassing and inconvenient situation for the entire stay. On top of that, there was no soap provided, which is a basic necessity every property should have.
For this price, I expected a premium, hassle-free experience. Instead, I received conditions that would be unacceptable even at a budget motel. The lack of cleanliness, broken bathroom facilities, and missing essentials show a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction.
This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a complete failure to deliver what was promised and what I paid for. I am requesting a full refund immediately. If management values its reputation and future business, I expect this matter to be resolved without delay.
I will be escalating this review publicly and through the appropriate channels if no resolution is offered promptly.
