They wanted me to be stranded in Iceland and the only explanation they had was because they sold rooms to Expedia at discount rate my life means nothing while I was traveling alone …I ask back for my money because I realized a week after every activity I booked was in the city and this hotel was 1hour away … I still haven’t received my money after I didn’t stay at the hotel Future travelers that plan on traveling to Iceland please stay at hotel that’s on busstop12 and save $100us pre day. Thank me later

Dont stay here expecting a spa pool Its 8000isk to use. All the photos are of the spa and search includes “hot tub” but its entirely seperate. Budget bathrooms. Powdered creamer.

The property itself is beautiful. Everything is well decorated and very clean. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with various choices and good coffee. Location is good too. The double bed is comfortable but the twin sofa bed is unable to sleep on as springs dig into your body. I would highly recommend it but make sure to have your own regular bed.

Was upgrade to a suit but although it looked pretty it was not very practical or comfortable. There was very limited space to hang clothes and the bathroom was tiny the smallest we encountered in Iceland
