Stay was great. Only problem was kids running around and screaming (next door to us with no self awareness). I would stay again as not to the fault of the hotel. Awesome staff and front desk. Great for families.

Nous sommes arrivé après 12:00, nous avons monter à notre chambre qui était réservé pour 2 jours au préalable. Surprise! Vomis/excrements sur le bord du bain, poils dans les draps et odeurs de cigarette très prononcer. Nous avons retourné au lobby, pour canceler et nous faire rembourser(4 minutes après notre arriver). On nous a proposé une autre chambre pour la nuit. Nous avons refusé car la confiance au niveau propreté n'y étais plus. Expedia nous a aider par "chat". Nous avons alors quitter l'endroit à la recherche d'un hôtel à 1 heure du matin avec les enfants et ce 445$ en moins..... Expedia a travailler fort pour nous et nous avons reçu le remboursement seulement de la 2ieme nuit car LA responsable du Americana waterpark jugeait qu'il devait se payer pour "non présentation " donc n'ont pas pu relouer cette chambre ...... relouer une chambre avec vomis et excrement! Vraiment?🤔 ceci ne va pas à l'encontre des "promesses hôtelière (propreté). Il est vraiment désolant que nous sommes obliger de se débattre pour un point de base . Des mesures légal seront prises . Je ne recommande aucunement cet hôtel , par contre un énorme merci à Expedia pour son aide.

The water park only open at 10 am till 9pm. They charge for parking, and nothing else is cover, no coffee, no water station. No allow late checkout, require a fees (check out time is at 11am) So if you planning to stay at the hotel for the water park be sure to check in at 4pm (earliest checkin time) and be ready to pay extra if you want to use the water park on the day you leave. The water park is great however. That the biggest thing it get going for the hotel.

Lots of fun

Hotel was very good. Indoor pool was clean and the staff at the pool was friendly. At the reception, I went to change my family's bracelets but the lady at the counter wanted me to pay 35$ per family member for the paper bracelets. She was very arrogant with me but other than that it was fun!
