Our flights were disrupted by the transportation strike in Italy, and due to a change in our airline schedule, we made a reservation because with the new schedule, we were being forced to stay the night in Munich. When we arrived in Munich, our flights were rebooked again, to fly out the same evening, which meant we didn’t need the night at the hotel, after all. No refund was issued, and I feel like there should have been due to the circumstances being out of our control. I am totally for a penalty for people who just “change their mind” or just don’t show up, but it’s bad business to not make exceptions when it happens because of the airlines changing their schedules. (I’m not allowed to submit the review without rating everything so just know that I have no basis to pass judgment on the actual property itself because we didn’t actually stay there. I’m sure the property is lovely.)

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Nice, clean rooms with well thought out amenities. Friendly staff that responded quickly when we had an issue with AC. My family was only staying one night for an early flight but we wished our stay was a little longer

This was perfect for an early morning flight. The breakfast is excellent and starts at 6 for those with early morning flights. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Terminal 1. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional.
