One of the best places I've stayed in and the hot springs are well worth the extra money

The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are VERY clean. They take pride in adding extras like earth friendly and natural soaps and shampoos. They have extra towels in the rooms, along with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They even put wine glasses in the room along with a wine opener. It’s the little straw that they do that you can tell they take pride in their rooms. Parking is a bit strained but they have a great late check in system. There is no elevator and we had an issue with someone in our group not being able to get up the stairs and even with our late check in they went above and beyond to change our room with no hesitation and friendly service. In this area it is all motels and not hotels and I highly recommend this one.

The petit spa products were really refreshing & reinvigorating & a treat to use. The room was modernised & comfortable. I was happy with the bed linen. Just a walk around the corner you were central to restaurants & retail. Great location.

Cabin was spacious and contained all needed amenities. Very happy
