Key cards constantly de magnetized. Not just me. Each time I got in the elevators, I saw frustrated guests returning to the front desk for the issue. And…. When being reactivated at the desk, no ID was requested, just “what number?” From a very frustrated staff. They know the issue and hate it. But, what about room security? Anyone could ask for any room key…. I did not feel comfortable. I’ll skip this hotel on my next stay in DC

No hot water. The hotel is really dirty. My room had water stains and wallpaper chunks missing/falling off. Smelt really bad. I immediately checked out and am requesting a refund.

The hotel had turned the air conditioning off for winter and the room was too hot. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I mean, they were nice about it, just couldn't fix it. Of course, the "resort fee" is a total scam, as it is elsewhere. There are zero facilities in this hotel and a very small lobby. Resort is not a word that would ever come to mind there. Otherwise ok. Good location.

Rooftop Under construction and was Not made aware, $139 amenity charge and not made aware, the shower curtain rod was Not functional. The curtain kept sliding to the middle, water was turned off 11-3 first day, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the room did not have enough lighting.

We were able the check in early at no cost, and enjoyed a lazy morning with a noon check out. The wall-length window in our room was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one night trip to the National Theatre!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Restaurant however was a bit disappointing as they closed early Friday evening, and breakfast Sat morning was overpriced and they added 20% tip for 2 people which seemed a bit presumptuous.
