Terrible Front Desk/Parking Issues

Was staying here to attend a concert. Valet parking said full, but figured that since we were hotel guests it would be available. Checked in- they said they were sorry, but no Valet was full and not associated with the hotel; funny because Valet asked me if I was a "Global" member- if so, then I would've had parking...Front desk receptionist was unapologetic regarding the issue and it wasn't until I texted their "how are we doing" number did they offer a credit of $50 towards their store... mind you we were only here for a concert and less than 15 hours. We then had to self park at the garage- where there was only 1 spot left- I'm not sure why the hotel says "parking" it should specify and state limited parking ...

Purchasing movies on remote accidently.

Experience was great. Except, that my family members also stayed at hotel with another reservation. However, they have a 2year old who accidentally was playing with the remote and press the purchase movie on the tv remote. The hotel should have a confirm button when purchasing a movie on the control, sense it was purchased my mistake. We would like a refund but we were told they could do anything.

First room had to be changed as the deadbolt would not work. Changed room and proceeded to experience non stop noise in the halls and throughout the property as volleyballs were being bounced on floors and through the halls. Screaming, laughing and yelling proceeded throughout the night. Never again giving this place a chance, plenty of competition to have a better experience.
