We were charged an additional fee above the amount we pre-paid. The front desk were not great communicators when we made requests for help we were given no ETA. The people who did help were wonderful. They failed to warn us that that the roads around the hotel were going to be closed for a parade which made getting to and from the property very difficult on that day. The hotel was clean and felt secure. I loved that it was so close to a Metro stop.

The Hotel was quiet and near many restaurants and the metro. We had numerous issues with our room during our stay. We had no hot water in the shower and the toilet leaked all over the bathrrom floor and then wouldnt stop running. After engineering was in the room three different times, we finally were given another room. Until some of the facilities are repaired and reliable, we may not stay here again.

During our checkout, the receptionist couldn’t figure put how to apply the credit with our bill so he said, forget about it, it will be my treat. So I said no, we ate that food so we have to pay and I gave him $60 to pay for our bill. After 2 days, lol the hotel charge my credit card for $60. I’m tired to call you guys and karma to that receptionist who process our check out.
