Had a small issue with Airco on first night but the Hamilton hotel team quickly responded and, change rooms and provided an upgraded room. Hotel staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and in gagging. Perfect location, wry central.

Overall my stay was decent, but the aesthetic of the hotel wasn't my favorite. It was in a convenient location, and I was able to walk everywhere. The food on site was very disappointing to say the least though. I also was charged extra fees that I had been previously told I wouldn't have to pay. The communication from staff just wasn't the best. The room felt a bit outdated but it was clean.
