Great location! Friendly, helpful staff. Had a hard time getting valet services - after a long wait had to physically walk into the building to get someone to help. Not many 24hour parking options nearby. Important areas of room are clean, but picture frame in bathroom had stuff splattered on it, window treatments dusty and some holes in carpet and stains. Food at the on-site restaurant is excellent. The Hamilton restaurant while on the same street, is not close to this hotel - so be careful when putting the hotel’s address into the GPS that you don’t select the wrong Hamilton like we did! Four elevators, but only one or two working at a time when we were there so there is a wait - appreciate the elevators require room key for security and safety though. Mini bar items will charge you if picked up - so just be mindful of that, especially if traveling with children. Stayed in room with two double beds - sheets clean and bed comfortable. Quiet overnight and good blackout curtains.

The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant attached is wonderful. The rooms are clean. Elevators are ridiculously slow… request a lower room and take the stairs.

Hotel was perfectly located. I checked in quickly with no issues. My room was perfect and the hotel staff was great! I didn’t eat at the hotel but everyone seated in the restaurant looked pleased. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Comfortable but overall not brilliant

Not enough working lifts. The property is clean and comfortable but a bit tired. The breakfast is a la carte not a buffet and was quite slow to arrive
