Expedia canceled my reservation with this hotel. Probably by accident. I was devastated but the staffs were helpful and they manage to the problem and find a way to let me stay in the hotel. I cannot thank them more. I will not use Expedia again, but I want to use this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. However one elevator was out of order and one day they both were. 9 flights of stairs to get breakfast is a long way down. The vanity light in the bathroom consistently didn’t work and the shower drained slow. There was also confusion finding our reservation thru Expedia when we arrived

Rooms are very clean,bathroom clean,and beds comfortable. Very quiet considering there were a few school groups at the hotel. Breakfast was good and dinning area kept clean. Gym was well equipped,treadmills, spin bike,free weights,exercise balls,water and towels available Housekeeping is only avaliable after a 4day stay reservation. We had a 9day stay reservation. So,Housekeeping only done twice during our stay. Need to request clean towels and garbage pick for your room at the front desk.

I called before booking asking if there were adjoining rooms. The front desk said yes. When I booked I asked for adjoining rooms and received an email from the hotel that they would try. When I arrived the front desk lady was rude and said this hotel doesn't have adjoining rooms. It took nearly a half hour just to find me two rooms that were somewhat close. When in the rooms, I discovered one of them had an adjoining room door!

There for 3 nights with 2 dogs while work was being done at home and we had a great stay. The staff was terrific, the room was clean and spacious and in/out parking was super convenient.

Only problem with this property was only 1 of 2 elevators was functioning. Arrived Thursday, departed Saturday and while the broken elevator was blocked off, never saw it being worked on. it was a busy weekend in DC with Beteran and Pride parades , and there was a group of high school musicians staying there as well, hauling heavy instruments down stairs. Lines for guests were so long housekeeping could not even get started on turning rooms.

I like the staff always ready to help. I would have the breakfast starting at 5:00 am because I usually have to be at the airport by 6:30 so I was not sable to have breakfast but besides that everything was good. I had dinner right next door so everything was good.

One of the hotels two elevators was out of use the entire time of our stay. This created a safety concern. In addition the local community had construction/ street repair issues creating dust and noise. Although the latter was not in the control of the hotel, it added to the poor experience

Hotel was ok. Tons of construction going on. One elevator was out all week, and when you’re on the 10th floor, there was a LOT of waiting. Was disappointed that even though we stayed 4 nights, there was no towel refresh, or coffee refill. Most hotels have cut back on housekeeping, but this seemed extra stingy.
