The rooms were dated and can tell they haven’t been remodeled in some time. The bed was comfortable. The lobby, bar, and market (coffee shop) were nice and offered good options.

The parking lot machine needs serious upgrading. The machine wasnt working with my key card. The front desk didn't barely answer the call box. It took 5 minutes to get out the gate because no one picked up. I had to call the hotel for someone to come out. Eventually we had to use the other side to get out. Thats just unacceptable especially when you have to pay to get in and out the lot.

The property was fine and staff was very helpful. Expedia itself was the problem. My paid reservation never got sent to the hotel itself, and I waited an hour at the front desk while Expedia slowly fixed my (already paid for) reservation. Thank you to the hotel staff, not Expedia or the third party booking company.

Our experience was awful from start to finish. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke so badly we had to move. The second had black spots on the ceiling above one of the beds. Another room had used Q-tips between the sheets, pillows that smelled like sweat, and urine on the toilet seat. The chain lock on the door didn’t line up properly—it had clearly been forced at some point. The lamp had black fuzzy buildup around the base and switch, and the USB port didn’t even work. This place is in serious need of deep cleaning and maintenance. Will never stay there again.
