The neighborhood location is fantastic, and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. This is the second time I've stayed at this location, and I'll continue to stay here for any future visits.
This is my go-to hotel in Arlington. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by great dining, shopping, etc.
As of 3/2025, it's in the middle of a significant renovation; be aware that during that, several amenities are out of commission. Given that, they could loosen up a little on minimum stays or throw in some extra Hilton Honors points.
Overall still a great place.
Hotel is ok... construction going on so kind of took from the ambience. Close to...as in walking distance to a million restaurants so that was definitely a plus. Parking was confusing. Would love to have had the option of room service but it wasn't suggested. Overall 3/5 star rating.
We had a great stay! We were there during a challenging time and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Front desk checked us in quickly and easily. Our shuttle bus drivers were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

No parking. Loud construction. Wouldn’t stay again until after construction
We had requested an extra desk chair twice but never received it. My husband and I both had to work on our stay and it would have been more comfortable if we had the additional chair.
This property is clean and conveniently located next to various shops and places to dine. Hotel shuttle will pick you up at the airport and other locations just call the front desk. There is construction going on which prevents me from giving it a 5 star rating. The fitness room and indoor pool are unavailable. In addition, only one elevator works. The price should have been adjusted since no one has access to those amenities. Construction starts early in the morning so lots of noise going on. It didn’t phase me because I was up early anyways. Might be an issue for others.

The hotel is under construction. From 1:30pm until 5:30pm the construction workers are drilling and banging therefore you can not get any rest in your room. 2 elevators are out of order, one in the hotel and the parking garage. Guests can not use the gym due to construction.The fire alarm goes off also due to the work being done.
While there were some renovations going on everything was fine. Guest service was wonderful. Easy to get into DC. Tons of shops and restaurants to walk to in the immediate area.

The hotel is currently under renovation and there was only one functioning elevator during my stay. The hotel was very busy during the inauguration and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed it. Otherwise it was a decent place to stay in a very nice and walkable area.
