For the most part everything was okay and the staff was helpful. I was placed on the sixth floor and immediately on leaving the elevator there was a foul odor. When I got to the room, the room smelled too. I should have requested another room but my weekend spare time was very limited. In all fairness I did not give the staff the opportunity to fix the problem. I am now home and every article of clothing I brought reeks and is in the laundry. Even my hair smells The breakfast was wonderful and food was ample.

The hotel is in great condition, good location near attractions and amenities and is located in the art district with a mix of luxury sites and grungier city shops. The staff are friendly and attentive, and gave great suggestions for nearby attractions and places to visit. The room was clean and looked exactly as advertised. The breakfast could use some love. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

The breakfast was decent and staff was professional and sweet. Great location to good restaurants and activities. On site parking was very convenient but pricey. Room was very spacious. Pillows could be more firm.

Yes everything was to me was perfect. I went on this trip alone but I definitely can say I will be coming to this hotel again. Every staff member was very nice and professional. The room was very clean and my bed was so comfortable to the point I fell asleep accidentally waiting for my food to be delivered lol. It’s worth every penny and it’s very close to the arcade that has a bar
