Check in was fast … but the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. When we checked in the cleaning lady was sitting in our room watching tv … the room walls were so thin we could hear the person next to us snoring and watching tv loudly and laughing at 1am. The room did the job for just sleeping but would not stay here again or longer than one night

Overall quality was a little shabby and worn. But pricing helps get over it. Front desk Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was helpful & speedy. The microwave in my room needed to be replaced due to just being old & worn out but I let it go. My refrigerator however, had to be replaced upon arrival and settling into room, because it didn't work at all. The lobby didn't have any visitor or things to do information except one flyer that had been printed out by receptionist employee. Vending machines in that area were in working order and prices for soda & water were good. Ice machine worked well. Large Safeway market within walking distance or very short drive. Limited food sources close by (like two or three). Last but not least, parking lot is small, and if walking outside to meet taxi, uber etc. the lot driveway is really really steep.

Good value and location

The hotel is in a convenient and safe location. The room was clean and the size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. However, the furnishings were quite worn. I appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning.

Very terrible and disappointing

The room was nasty there was roaches everywhere in that room in the bathroom the floors table and bed. Which is completely under acceptable.
