Room was missing refrigerator, made staff aware, and shower temperature would be ice cold and then next minute scald you. Other rooms had the same issue with water temp. Check in process staff was rude. Check out staff were very nice. Elevators were down one day as well. Will not stay again!

Staff pleasant and courteous at checkin and checkout. Hotel has updated look. Room was clean, although no top sheet for the bed. Just a comforter. Rooms are not soundproofed. But overall a good stay for a great price.

We had a wonderful stay. As we arrived early, super friendly staff granted us an early check in. The room was great, super clean with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect - there are few restaurants close by and walking distance to Georgetown. Absolutely loved it and would stay here again!
