The staff was all very friendly and the room was comfortable. Everyone was happy to answer questions and make our stay go smoothly. Lizbeth at the front desk checked us in very late at night and was very helpful and friendly in our exhausted stupor!

It was meh. Quite pricey. Found out about the hotel’s historical fee/day charge on the day of checking in. No staff to keep up the rooms. Staff was ok at the check in desk but not helpful either.

Property had poor Wi-Fi in the rooms which was incredibly frustrating. Regarding cleanliness they only clean rooms every three days or give extra towels upon request. There was a crumb of food or something on the carpet and it immediately attracted a bunch of ants, and there was a rat trap underneath the TV with bait in it. The room was hot and muggy with A/C set to 60 it didn't work. Not worth the money if you need to stay more than 1 night.

The staff was very nice and actually upgraded me to a suite because they did the same for my friend before I arrived. They then let me stay in my same room even though I extended my stay by one night. A lovely experience from start to finish.
