The hotel will wow you when you walk in the lobby! It's beautiful with the high-end feel you'd expect. Attentive staff throughout the lobby. My room was, unfortunately, a different experience. Stained carpet, holes in the blackout drapes, crumbs on the floor next to the bed, dust behind the lamp, frayed seams on the decorative pillows...disappointing. I travel for work A LOT and considering the cost of this hotel, I expected more than I got.

Hotel is a great location for Georgetown area activities. It is a good value for this neighborhood. Staff were all friendly and very eager to accommodate us. The bed and sofa in our suite were comfortable.

The hotel could be really nice but the rooms are very tired - pillows on couch frayed - wood surfaces nicked. The bathroom had no rack for towels. Really needs a refresh.

Average hotel - nothing special

The location was great, and that's why we picked this hotel. Our room was clean, but the services ignored to come on the second day and clean. The room provides complementary tea or coffee (good brand), but the creamers were out of date. The overall staff is very friendly. The property is little run down and needs some renovations.
